The day starts from 7.00am with free breakfast, tea and coffee and the opportunity to purchase a raffle ticket to support the Sailability charity. Serving of the free BBQ breakfast will stop at around 9:00am, however the free tea and coffee will be available all morning.

After breakfast at about 9.30am the raffles will be drawn and if your name is drawn out, proceed to the tuckshop area to collect your prize. After the raffles, you will have time to spend looking at the display of around 500+ classic vehicles parked in the grounds of Ormiston State School and completing some automotive & Australiana quizzes.

Buy some raffle tickets for a chance to win one of dozens of prizes.  All the proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to Sailability a local charity enabling disabled people to Sail on Morton Bay, and other charities.

Enjoy your morning tea at the school grounds. At about 10.30am leave on one of the several interesting drives (rally runs) visiting some of the Redlands’ tourist spots. The runs will all finish at a local park, so make sure you pack your chairs, coffee cups, and lunch.

The BVRC Australia Day Rally is again sponsored and supported by Redland City Council, and RACQ.

To be part of this run just come along in your vintage, historic, classic or special vehicle between 7.30am and 10.15am at the Ormiston State School in Wellington Street, Ormiston on Australia Day.

To comply with our Covid Safe Plan, it will be a requirement of entry that all entrants, be it in vehicles or on foot, will need to register their details with the club.  This can be done by scanning the Qld Government QR code with the “Check In Qld” app.  It is important to sign in all members of your group using the “Frequent Guests” feature of the “Check In QLD” app.
